The first one is sold by PFI Western but we know they don't sell western wear by now, so... I guess neither is. The second on is available at Nordstroms. At least it has some character. If you really want the first one, shapeless cheap looking fake fur vests are actually pretty easy to find in thrift stores... but honestly, even if you could pick it up for $2, I'd question your sanity for buying it.
